History / Description: For the construction of the Breite-Bad fountain sandstone was used. The fountain inspired by the seawall on both sides. The fountain protruding from the mouth of a stone mask. 
Special: The fountain stands near the Rheinbad "Breite", which was built in 1898. Here you can be protected from ships and piers, swim in the Rhine.

Sankt Jakob-Strasse 26

History / Description: The plastic stone shows a dolphin with hochgeworfenem tail. The gargoyle protruding from the middle of the mouth. The water trough is decorated with round and uniform patterns. 

Special: It is yet another dolphin fountain in Basel (wells leaders Reference 22 ) but it has a different shape.

Münsterplatz, Restaurant "Zum Isaak"

Location: Courtyard of the restaurant "Zum Isaak," Cathedral Square 16 / Reischacherhof (go through a wooden door)

History / Description: The spigot on the reddish fountain column extends from the mouth of a mask. The capital is a bouquet of flowers. The stone trough is reinforced at the corners with metal. Unfortunately, the well is neglected for a long time.

Special: Isaac Iselin (1728 - 1782) lived from 1765 in Reischacherhof, built in the middle of the 17th Century. Iselin was town clerk and writer. He did a lot to improve the situation of the working day. In 1777 he founded the "Society for the Promotion of Good and Charitable", the GGG, with like-minded Baslers. The company still exists today and it emerged from various institutions.These are the Terms and Crafts School, Music Academy, the General Libraries of the GGG and many other charities.

History / Description: The fountain is at the ramp that connects the park with the head of the Wettstein bridge. The water flows out of the mouth of a bronze figure, which is mounted on the wall.
Special: From here it's only a few dozen meters from the banks of the Rhine. From there you can continue to walk in either direction Tinguely Museum or the border triangle.
